Our commitment to you
We will provide a high quality referral service with excellent and prompt communication at all times. We will send you a referral letter on the day your client's pet is discharged along with a copy of the discharge summary given to the client.
We will only treat your client's pet for the condition it has been referred to us for. Your client will not be eligible to register any pet with us for a period of 12 months after the initial referral.
Fees
Fee levels are determined by the time spent on a case and according to the drugs, materials, consumables and diets used. A list of commonly performed surgeries and an estimate of their cost is included in this pack. An estimate of cost will be given to each client prior to treatment. Detailed invoices are provided for every consultation and procedure.
Methods of payment
Accounts are due for settlement in full at the time of discharge of the patient or and the end of the consultation.
The account may be settled using: Cash, cheque with current banker's card, Credit/Debit card (Switch, Solo, Delta, Mastercard, Visa)
Direct Insurance Claims
We can accept direct insurance claims but only if the client brings in an insurance claim form at the time the pet is discharged. If applicable the excess must be paid at the time of discharge.
Settlement terms
If for any reason the account is not settled at the time of discharge we will inform you and the overdue account may be referred to our Debt Collection Agency.
